Open cases with assessment and develop a plan of care Provide appropriate treatment to achieve positive patient outcomes Supervise LPNs and HHAs Educate patients and families to improve outcomes and ongoing care Work closely with other team members and administrative staff Complete all documentation timely and accurately Requirements:
A Registered Professional Nurse with current License 1
